We are often engaged by our clients to carry out consulting projects in specific areas that relate to improving performance in their people.

Our consulting projects all start with gaining a clear insight into the perceived needs and desires of the client. We probe and challenge assumptions in order to get to the root of the issue and help ensure very clear outcomes for the client and for the consulting project.

We then deploy the appropriate resource to meet the specific needs of the project.

Three examples of recent consulting engagements include:

Sales benchmarking: A telecoms organisation wanted to assess the skills and ability levels of their field sales people. We were engaged to carry out a benchmarking exercise that involved defining criteria for assessment (both in terms of gaining the appointments and their performance on the visit itself), accompanied field visits, a report of our findings and a detailed action plan to address the issues that emerged.

Training needs analysis: We worked with a leading catering company to identify the key issues within the sales functions and then designed and delivered a series of programmes to match these requirements with programmes aimed at improving sales turnover, profit and business wins.

Strategic Business Planning: We worked with a leading commercial building contracting firm to help them gain clarity about their high-level 3 year objectives and their revenue plans for the next 18 months. From this they created a detailed sales and marketing plan with key priorities, responsibilities and actions.
